Service Description
Please book your first Shadow Workshop session before booking this meeting, if you have not already done so. This is a short video call that should be arranged to take place around a week before your first Shadow Workshop (anywhere from 5 to 9 days before the session is fine) where you will be able to meet your host and get a feel for each other while discussing your expectations, goals and areas you wish to explore. This is also an opportunity for you to ask any questions you may have, discuss any concerns and highlight what you really hope to get out of your personalised Shadow Workshop. Your host will also check with you about how to best accomodate any accessibility requirements you may have as well as discussing any relevant health considerations or medical issues. This is a free session and should take around half an hour.
Cancellation Policy
Sessions are refundable if cancelled up to 1 hour in advance. Three-Day Passes are refundable only if cancelled prior to 11.30am on 23rd August 2025 (one hour before the start of the first day). Partial refunds are available if participants find that they have to miss some days but these also must be cancelled at least one hour before the start of the session(s) being missed. No refunds are given for sessions cancelled with less than 1 hours' notice before the scheduled start time and sessions that have been attended are non-refundable.
